How do I get check in details for the property?
Once your balance payment has been received we will send you your final confirmation. Around a week before arrival we will setup a WhatsApp group for contact during your stay, starting with the check in details.
What time can I access the property?
You are allowed entry into the property from 16:00 on the check in day. If the property is ready any earlier following the changeover we will contact you.
What time do I need to vacate the property?
To allow sufficient time for cleaning between changeover you are asked to vacate the property by 10:00 on the day of departure. Any guests who do not depart on time and delay cleaning will be charged.
What happens if I am late arriving to the property?
Once you have received your check in details you are free to arrive at any time after 16:00.
Who do I contact if there is a problem?
In the event of a problem, you should post in the WhatsApp group or call the associated mobile numbers.
Do I need to bring bedding etc?
Bed linen and towels are provided in the property. Beach towels are not provided.
Car parking
We provide secure underground parking for 1 car, clearance height is 2.2m. Failure to display the provided parking permit could result in a parking fine, which we are unable to pay for or arrange cancellation.
Dog friendly
We can accommodate 2 medium sized dogs in the property. We do ask that you bring your dogs favourite bedding and blankets and do not let them on the furniture, or leave them unattended in the property.
